Slice and cut fruit:
After washing the dry fruit, slicing and cutting to the same size is done by manual and machine methods. In the manual method, fruit separation and grading can also be determined, but in the machine method, the work speed is higher and it is possible that some specific fruits are thrown higher.
Sorting and drying:
The slices are classified in the special machines and placed inside the dryer. Depending on the amount of fruit juice, the degree of drying is adjusted and the fruit is ready and transferred to the cold room after hours.

The last step in the dry fruit production process is the packaging of the final product, which can be done separately or mixed, although some buyers buy the bulk dry fruit products, which has another problem.
